Surface preparation

The finish starts with the slab.

Each installation moves from evaluation and mechanical preparation through the coating system and cure guidance.

Evaluate the slab

The project starts with an in-person look at the concrete, the space, and the finish you want.

Prepare & repair

The concrete is mechanically ground and necessary repairs are addressed before the coating system begins.

Build the system

Base coat, decorative layer, and the appropriate finish are installed as a connected system.

Protect the finish

The surface is completed with its protective coat and you receive guidance for cure time and return to use.

Typical cure guidance About 24 hours for light foot traffic · 48–72 hours before parking, subject to project conditions.

Clear answers

Know the system before the install.

The questions property owners and installers ask before taking the next step.

What does a one-day flake system mean?

On qualifying projects, Resin Geekz completes preparation, repairs, base coat, full-flake broadcast, scrape, and protective topcoat in one managed installation day. Slab condition, size, moisture, and site conditions determine the final schedule.

When can I walk or park on the finished floor?

Allow about 24 hours before light foot traffic and 48–72 hours before parking a vehicle. Resin Geekz will confirm the timing for your system and site conditions.

Do you prepare and repair the concrete first?

Yes. Resin Geekz mechanically grinds the concrete and addresses necessary repairs before installing the coating system.

Are metallic floors all the same?

No. Each metallic floor is worked by hand, so movement and visual depth vary from one installation to the next.

Can I buy Resin Geekz products online?

Contact Resin Geekz by text or phone for current pricing, availability, and shipping terms. Online checkout is not currently available.

How does hands-on training work?

Training takes place on a Resin Geekz installation or qualifying trainee project, depending on project fit and scheduling. Sessions focus on practical technique, workflow, and finish consistency.
